Also, if I am already doing a job for you and you think of something else you would like done, all you have to do is ask me. I do not need to get permission from a supervisor. Remember, it is in the contractor's interest to come out to multiple times; that way they can charge more.   5. I am able to provide a variety of services in one visit. If you call a plumber to fix a leak in your basement, when he is done, he will not install a garage door opener for you. If you call an electrician to change out some light fixtures, when he finishes, he will not install a storm door for you. The list goes on and on. You get the idea.
