These people were on time and provided me with different options and took time to explain me how things are gong to work. They suggested me different ideas to cut down unnecessary expense and started the work immediately and completed on time.

Overall I had a good experience with this company and would recommend them. They were able to come and do the project at a competitive price and I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days of when I was ready to hire. The cable jack to be associated with this TV was not activated and he was able to go in my attic and do something with the splitter so it worked. The downside of that is that he inadvertently switched off the line running to another TV and we had to wait several days for the cable company to come and fix it. Also what I thought were component cables were actually A/V. But they did program the remotes and it looks gre

Project: Mount TV on Wall
Efficient...Was able to install my wall mount sooner than I expected. (How 'bout the same day I requested it) Would call upon them again for other AV requirements I have and will have in the future. Brian was very informative as was his 2 man, (father and son), crew that did the installation. They ran into an issue with the proper and conventional installation but explained the problem to me, and with my okay resolved it immediately and properly. I was charged $250 for their time, effort and expertise and I gladly paid it. They also cleaned up the work area leaving it spotless.

Brian picked up the phone and was very courteous and knew his trade. I was able to schedule the job for the next afternoon. Even though I was quoted a job by 2 techs, three installers came to make sure the job was done faster. There were no surprises and the price quoted was the price I paid. The job was done in timely and professional manner. I highly recommend this installer.
