I've had the new roof for several months, and the leaks are definitely repaired and not leaking. The work came to a chunk more than originally estimated, but that had to do with there being more water damage to the bones of the house than was visible until the roof was removed. Only thing that didn't quite work out is that for some reason they couldn't ever quite get the drainage on my porch roof right. (Which is why 4 instead of 5) Rating: Provided By: Raluca V.
