I felt that the sales approach was to meet my needs and not try to over sell. When they came to plug the rod holes they were very efficient, on-time, and they cleaned up. Overall, they were great.

Professional and easy to deal with. They did a good job filling my leaking basement rod holes. Most importantly they did not try to pressure me into tearing up the basement floor to put in a very costly french drain like some other companies did.. My leak was very minor so they said just do this first and see if there is still a problem.

The only company that would take on our sinking foundation. Decent price. Thorough. They did cut up my fence to get into backyard - thought they were just going to remove it and put it back.

The foundation is very solid joists are 12" apart. But my floors are still not level. So i'll have to call someone else to fix that. The floors are much warmer now, that's good!

This company was OUTSTANDING to work with! I needed a rush job for an FHA loan to close - they worked with me to clarify what was needed per the foundation inspection and kept in constant contact to keep me updated on repair options and scheduling. Everyone there was wonderful to work with, especially Alicia who coordinated the job for me - she even called/emailed outside of office hours to work with me. Very fair pricing too!! I would HIGHLY recommend HomeSpec to anyone - they are probably the best contractors I've ever worked with.
