Project: Remodel a Bathroom
I am more than pleased with the work that was done for me by Home Resources Unlimited, ,Inc.---I love to walk around and look at all the lovely improvements Dave & his crew have made in my home. Dave was exceptionally reasonable, open, clear and honest. I felt immediately comfortable communicating with him. I felt well served throughout the whole process of remodeling my two bathrooms, adding tile in my hall--running it into the hall bathroom, remodeling closets, relocating the crawl space, installing laminate flooring in two bedrooms, repairing walls and painting, finding the carpeting I had been unsuccessful in finding and getting it installed. He continually kept in touch with me, always checking on and informing me of what would be happening and when - always checking to see if I was pleased or had any concerns. His crew worked effectively - never wasting time. They were professional, polite and comfortable to be around. Besides all of this Dave was fun to be around. I will call on him for any work that I need in the future. I am very happy to recommend him to anyone.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
While it would have been difficult not to imrove the look of my bathroom given some of its outdates, I was disappointed in the customer service and follow up once the majority of work was done. Many small details were overlooked and never finished despite a verbal agreement that it would get done. This project was started in July and I'm still waiting for follow up and completion of the work. I also did not appreciate the damage done to my existing cabinets and door frame that now I have to fix since the contractor seems to be MIA at this point.

Dave S. was excellent to work with. He assisted in the selection of products offering suggestions for best products to use. I would highly recommend Home Resources to other people. Matter of fact my neighbor asked for Dave's name and number for her rmodel project. PS. Dave and his workers have a sweet tooth. I did provide goodies for them.

Project: Repair Damage from Dry-rot, Water or Pests
I have been looking for a Contractor like Dave since I moved into my hous 16 years ago. He is honest, straighforward and the work is beyond great. He worked with me to get a quick solution. The work was reasonable and well done. I will be using his services again. More companies really need to be more focused on providing the level of service and quality that Dave and his crew provides. I wish I could give him 10 stars!!!

Dave was extremely honest that the job I thought needed to be done would possibly effect the warranty on my roof so he gave me a couple of suggestions to fix the cosmetic issues..I will definately call on him in the future.
