This company goes by the name of 72 degrees. My experience with this company deteriorated when they got the down payment  and it took me a while to get them to come out. Once they were out they encountered some problems and did not return for another month. The work was substandard. I pleaded with them  to send a seasoned person to repair or review the work but they would not. Finally after several calls and letters they did come out to repair the system. I had a $6,000. unit that did not work during a two heat waves. Rating: Project: Central A/C - Service or Repair Service was completed in a timely manner. For anyone buying a furnace, the return air box on a heater is NOT INCLUDED.  The fact that I needed one was not explained to me and I had to have more work done than I expected, which cost more money.  Mark did give me a discount however and all was well.  The service from the sales people to the installers was timely and appropriate.    See All Ratings
