Nate was professional, on time and did a great job. House was damaged by the Oct snowstorm, he was able to get to me in a timely manner and complete the job. His prices are very reasonable and the craftsmanship appears to be top notch. I'll be hiring him again.

Nate does not always live up to appointments on the dates/times that are promised. He cannot be reached dircectly by phone, but returns calls. He is very competent, charges reasonable rates, and his work is very good. In this industry, it has been my experience that it may be all that can be expected.

Project: Repair, Replace or Seal an Existing Skylight
Nate helped us with a leak due to carelessness on the part of our new roof, recently installed by another contractor. We had been told by the previous contractor that there was no solution to our leaking problem except to replace or cover over our skylight. Nate had other ideas, such as treating the underlayment and flashing in a more craftsmanlike manner than the previous installer had done. We still don't know for sure whether the leaking problem has been solved---there hasn't been a hard rain since Nate was here---but if there is a further problem we're confident that Nate will return to address it.
