I am a retired person from the world of sales and business so I know what works. This entire transaction and the resulting change to our environment was and is excellent. We don't have a lot of money and were desperate to get off of oil as a source of heat. We had an old, working but inefficient fireplace. Our representative made recommendations, quoted prices, presented products and made the sale. I could go on and on but, I will just say that we are extremely happy with everything.

Roger and his helper were an excellent choice to install our pellet stove! I would highly recomend this contractor who also installed a laminate floor in our kitchen. Very professional in all respects!
