Job took longer because customer lives in so. cal. and there was a four-day to two-week lag time between invoicing and recieving progress payments by mail. This also adds difficulty when you need the customer's decision regarding any issues that may arise. The job has been completed. The customer was selling the home and it sold within 45 days of listing.

Many projects may involve small details or require a medium to work in such as stucco, or electrical, or drywall, or many others and each requires a different set of tools and skills. Home pro continually strives to hone and define these skill sets with its employees and subs.

Brad was open to suggestions, which turned out to look nicer than I thought. He seems to be a very sensible family man, and being so, I felt like he will do his best for his customers, which he did. I would certainly use him again and highly recommend to others.

This project involved a straight forward build in place skylight over an open porch. The customer wanted a curve built in so we thought out the additional steps to meet the customers need. It really turned out nice. Thanks for the good report
