Ron from Home Precepts was very thorough and professional with his inspection, the verbal report, and the written report. The pictures were clear and everything was explained. He also answered all of my clients questions on site.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A HOME INSPECTOR BECAUSE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING A FORCLOSURE PROPERTY. I SURFED THE WEB AND FOUND SERVICEMAGIC. THEY SENT ME THREE REFERALS. I CHOSE HOME PRECEPTS BECAUSE THEY RETURNED MY E- MAIL REQUEST WITH A PHONE CALL ON THE SAME NIGHT.THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. DID A THOROUGH JOB WITH PICTURES AND DESCRIPTIONS WITH ALL FINDINGS. THEY ALSO WENT THE EXTRA STEP TO REFER ME TO A BUILDER/CONTRACTOR THAT MAY BE ABLE TO HELP WITH SOME MINOR REPAIRS.

Was hesitant at first since their quote came in far lower than the other guys but was extremely satisfied with the quality of service. Very thorough and took the time to point out areas of concern to us. Excellent follow-up and customer service. Would recommend Home Precepts to anyone looking for a quality inspection for a fair price!
