City: San Jose Project: Telephone Jacks and Wiring - Install We were not told there was a two hour minimum charge.  The person doing the work did an excellent job but was only working for about 30 mins.  I was told after the work that there… Read Complete Rating We were not told there was a two hour minimum charge.  The person doing the work did an excellent job but was only working for about 30 mins.  I was told after the work that there was a 2 hour minimum but this was only when I questioned how long it actually took to do the work.  Then I was told that his time also included buying materials.  It doesn't take an hour and a half to go to the hardward store around the corner to buy a wall jack and bracket.  The billing was never very clear and it took me three phone calls and several emails to get an invoice.  Very shady.  See All Ratings
