Great job cleaning blinds throughout the house, with little supervision or interference (it was a busy day). The only slight hitch was that I didn't know the hourly cost ahead of time so couldn't pay the bill at the end of the day.

Two individuals came to do the work. ONe was excellent and the other only "good".

We communicated several times by email. I told her that my house needed dustin especially. Ceiling fans, furjniture. My house is small and lady that came (I was at work) wiped down counters, tub, showers, appilances. Only wiped - not thoroughly cleaned. Stove top still has stuff on it. She did no dusting at all. Very unhappy with this service and will not use her again. She said the lady couldn;t reach the high places (ceiling fans) and like I said - these were the things I needed the most. Didn;t even empty trash.

This job was misrepresented by the customer in the initial request. Unfortunately, this often happens in this industry. We always do our best to satisfy customers and my offer to return to address her issues was declined.

After a little bit of confusion getting started, Cindy came to our house for our first cleaning. She did an excellent job. She even got out stains in the tub that we've been trying to remove since we moved in six years ago! It was so nice coming home and finding everything clean and sparkling.

Company was able to respond to short notice cleaning request. Cleaning person was lost and arrived an hour late, but did a good job for a first time cleaning. Floors were spotless and bathrooms were cleaned. Kitchen cupboards weren't wiped down and glass doors to office and sunroom weren't cleaned, but overall a good job. Cost was higher than others I've since spoken with and company is not based locally, but I would recommend them.

This was a one-time "emergency" cleaning just prior to Christmas due to the fact that their regular cleaning company failed to show up. Our fees for this type of service are higher than our usual charges for our regular customers. Although they assured us they would continue with our services after the holiday, they did not do so.

I had company coming on short notice and needed someone to give a good scrubbing to three bathrooms and the kitchen as I had been hampered during recovery from knee surgery. I was delighted that they were able to send someone out within three days. Unfortunately there were a few communication problems about the amount of time available to the cleaner and only the bathrooms were finished because she did a very thorough job. Communication was also unclear about how to pay, but that was taken care of after the fact.

She is a really good communicator - very accommodating, quick, and positive responses. Professional and helpful attitude.

It was professional and I am happy with all of the work that was done.
