Contract awarded the job and could not deliver according to agreed upon spec. Contactor did not advise owner that he could not deliver until contacted by the owner due to failure of contractor to begin work on agreed upon date.

Project: Repair Interior or Exterior Doors
.The serviceman was pleasant and patient. He showed me how to clean my storm window and did not charge me for that part of the service. He repaired my storm door although it had been put in by someone else. His rates are reasonable and I learned from him. I will use him again soon. He gives a good name to handyman.
