My Request: "Spring" clean EMPTY home recently purchased. What I got: 1 swept/mopped floor. Really unfortunate, reviews for this professional were fantastic. Owner & cleaner were very personable; cleaners who performed work were college students who either were never trained or figured they could spend lots of time in the home and get paid. Owner was extremely apologetic; I was not and did not have to pay for what little service I received as it did not even begin to meet my request. I was offered a free cleaning by another cleaning crew. I have not decided whether to take this offer. I had a friend help me do the job.

The owner Keith arrived with the cleaner at our first cleaning and was exceptionally professional, curteous and ensured that I was completely satisfied before leaving. They did a very thorough job and asked several times for me to check their work and to let them know if they wanted anything else done. We will be haveing them come every 2 weeks!

They are very intune the client and the services that are needed. They came in and started on things right away. When they left, I felt complete comfort at home - I was able to think and sleep better. I will def use them again.

There were a couple spots I noticed that I would assume came with a total cleaning that weren't touched. Baseboards in bedrooms and there was some dusting that wasn't done. But over all for the money, compared to other cleaning services, I can't really complain about the job, its a lot cleaner than it was and the owner is really nice.
