I WAS MADE AWARE OF THINGS I COULD NEVER IMAGNE THAT WAS IN A HOME THAT WOULD MAKE A HOME UNSAFE TO LIVE IN AND HOW TO CORRECT A LOT OF THINGS TO MAKE THEM SAFE !

The home inspection was a great experience and a great opportunity to learn about the house because time was taken by the inspector to explain many of its aspect in terms that were understandable. Also, he was very fair about the price. I can't wait to recommend Home Team and pass along the greatness!

Bob was great!! He took the time to carefully explain everything he was doing and why and was clear with seller (who was present during inspection) that his responsibility was to be candid with me (potential buyer) about the condition of the house, which I greatly appreciated
