Jacob took time to discuss with me prior to coming out and actually suggested that I didn't need his services and gave me another number to call for mice control. However, I called him back and had him come anyway so he could assess first hand. Very happy with his service. He was on time, very knowledgeable and thorough. We thought we had bats, but he determined that we didn't and thought it was a mechanical issue, not any animal. I really appreciated his honesty and the time he took inside and outside of our house to ensure we didn't have bats. I would definitely use his services again.
