The service man was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and solution thoroughly. The overall cost for parts and labor was very reasonable especially since it was put in as an emergency service. I was very pleased and will use Home Genie again for service.

Roman is the epitome of professionalism. I received an estimate from a different company for the same issue the day before Roman arrived. The other company was recommending a whole new AC system since mine is an older model. Roman took his time, found the probelm and had it fixed the next day. What an honest individual--they broke the mold when they made him. I give him a 10+ for value for the money!!

Roman came out at 9am on a Saturday...Memorial Day weekend...He diagnosed AND fixed our problem within 1 hour. He is thoughtful and knowledgable. His price was very reasonable, we would call on him again.

The fan for my central air was not working. Roman came out immediately, spun the fan to get it working, explained that this was all that was needed and left without charging me! He told me to call him when it is "really broken". I will absolutely use him in the future.
