Project: Install Concrete Driveways & Floors
We hired HomeFront to pour a concrete pad. First the contractor gave us a start date and did not show up, we had to call him to find out what happened. At that point we told him that we felt communication was very important. From then on, instead of calling us he e mailed us, which was not always convenient. He did come out an prep the site, but After three weeks of bad weather and bad communication he decided to break the contract......by E - Mail! He told us he was refunding some of our deposit and we could either call him when the weather was better or hire someone else. We hired someone else, costing us more! Very Unprofessional
