Rodney responded to my project immediately, and was at my house in about an hour, on a Saturday morning. I couldn't ask for a quicker response. I was concerned that I might have termites. Rodney quickly identified the insect as just an ant though, which was a relief. He did recommend that we treat for ants though, and applied his recommended product. Rodney's truck indicated he was an entomologist. I asked him if he was an entomologist, and he replied that he was, having been educated at Texas Tech. I don't think I've ever had a pest control person who was actually an entomologist. This definitely seems like a major plus.

They are top notch. They consistently show up on time. We have a diffcult mice problem in our garage. I know Rodney will stay wth it until they are all dead.

Did a wonderful, professional job but was rather expensive for the amount of time spent on the job... Especially since he happened to be in the neighborhood. lucky me !!!! If I could bill my customers at his rate , I could retire,,,,
