Tom was on time, extremely professional, and spent about 3.5 hours in our house helping show us and educate us where we were losing energy ... it was not only a great service but a great education and he really showed us where all of our heat was escaping in our house. What I reallly appreciated was that he was focusing on simple, practical, and realistic but also significant interventions that I could do by myself without hiring someone else or spending large amounts of money to get the job done. After the inspection, within 2 days he emailed a summary of his findings and a sheet of products that matched our needed interventions. Thanks Tom!

Tom is very knowledgeable about energy usage and improvement ideas. He does a standard blower test, visual inspection of all areas, duct leakage test. He does not generally do thermography scan. He does rely more on his knowledge about typical issues about energy wastage. He was prompt, courteous, unbiased and professional. I would have liked him to use measurements using devices than rely on visual inspection.

He was very knowledgeable about areas to improve the energy efficiency of your house. His charge for his service is reasonable. He did not do an infrared heat gun, I don't think for myself it would have be justified. He not only detects problems but gives you solutions to those problems as well. Most of his suggestions are do-it yourself type fixes.

Tom did a very thorough job and pointed out many energy loss issues in my home. He showed me specific areas where heat was escaping. Tom also recommended suppliers for service and materials. His reference to Chimney Balloons allowed me to order and install in only a few days.
