Home Elegance was established in 1980. We are independently-owned and operated. We are your number one source for downspout and gutter cleaning in the Tri-state region. Our routine gutter cleaning service includes thoroughly removing debris from roof, cleaning of all gutters and downspouts, re-attaching any loose gutters or downspouts, and caulking as needed. He did the work right away and I was very pleased with the quality. I also appreciated the fact that he trusted us by just leaving a bill after the work was completed and we were not there. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place because it was going to rain and I wanted this done before then since it could possibly flood the basement. It was raining and it was a light mist. By the time he got there it quit raining but still wet. Incredibly he not only he cleaned the gutters, he completely cleaned the leaves that were just laying on the roof, the gutters and downspout. Additionally, he offered and recommended different types of gutter guards and was not afraid to give me information whereby I might do the work myself. . He did a good job, very helpful information he gave.

Charles was very proactive, prompt and was able to give me a quote over the phone. I wasn't able to be here when he was actually cleaning the gutters but he did leave me a detailed message about what he did and the shape the gutters were in.
