Project: Install Interior Trim and Decorative Moldings
Great work! Bob's pefectionism is second to none and "he cares" what the end product looks like and takes it personal. He is a great carpenter with good people skills. I have nothing but good things to say regarding his work and If I am forced to say anything negative all i could say is that his perfectionism and detailed orientation might influence overall project timing.

The work was done promptly and with as little mess as possible....... time was taken to be sure that the fixtures were well in reach of the handicapped member of the household............ our schedule was taken into consideration (no very early starting times) and we were consulted along the way to be certain that all was as we hoped

Project: Paint, Varnish or Stain Exterior Surfaces
The painting project was handled in a professional manner from start to finish. I choose this company because the painter could also handle repairs to my window sashs and garage door caused by water damage. This was my first experience with the Home Craftsman Network and I would highly recommend them.

Project: Hire a Handyman
I had The Home Craftsman Network replace my outside vinyl window shutters and replace my outside light fixtures. They were very courteous and the communication was very good. I was very pleased with the knowledge and workmanship and will call them again for future projects.

Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
I loved the work and the speed at what it was accomplished. I though it would take about 4 -5 weeks. and it was completed in little over 1week. I would of liked to see when they used our garden hose to clean up if they would have sprayed down the fence that was accidentally hit with stucco/water. Since i didnt know about it to wash it down, it got stained to the fence and has to be repainted to repair it.

Good overall. Marc was very courteous, friendly and honest. I felt comfortable with him my home. I do wish the clean-up effort would have been more substantial. The mess was left in my master bath took an hour or so to clean up.

This was a roof and drywall ceiling repair. Final cleaning are not included in our contracts. We do include the basic clean-up of course but not the type cleaning this customer was apparently expecting.
