They had some significant weather delays early on but, once they started things moved along. Toward the end of the project there were some delays due, in large part, to scheduling the County inspections. We are most satisfied with the new room however.

Mother Nature destroyed my Awning and gutters with her snow this winter. After a couple of false starts also due to mother nature the work was done seamlessly (literally). I replaced my old Aluminum Awning with a Patio Cover and had new seamless gutters installed. The work was clean and professional. It's raining today and everything is working as is should and I can once again open my front door without getting drenched. After they left, it's as if they were never here, clean-up was immaculate.

True professionals that gave us an excellent job. Hard working, creative, flexible, and great to work with. The roof over our deck is absolutely beautiful!!! Would highly recommend.

On Sept 27sent Geoff (geoff@homecraftersmd.com) an email indicating that after the heavy rain the night before, there was water leaking from the first seam (closest to the house) on many of the ribs. He said he was "contacting Les at the awning company". I am still waiting.

The work they performed was great. We are very satisfied with our deck. However, they could improve on their communication skills. They would disappear for days and we had no idea what was going on. My phone calls were not returned. This being said, we are very happy with the work and we are very much enjoying our deck.
