Richard decided 30 minutes into the cleaning that he was overwhelmed and quit. I don't have an extremely dirty home. He should have let me know that he can only do small projects (not Passover cleaning) when he met with me a few days before to asses and quote me. He left me in a real bind and it was extremely stressful not having my house ready in time for the upcoming holiday of Passover. Thankfully, I was able to do it all by myself.

when i met with the customer she told me what she wanted done and we agreed on a price, when i went to do the actual job she wanted me to deep clean all 10 rooms of her condo, plus wash all of her windows inside and outside plus her windowsills, wash all of her kitchen cabinets, clean inside her stove and refridgerator, vacuum all of her drapes and window shades, clean her chandelier, vacuum out her fireplace, and clean her piano keys individually and i told her it was too much work to deep clean a whole condo in one day plus do all the other cleaning she wanted done for only $80.00 i told the customer i wanted more money and needed more time
