Home Cleaning Centers did a very good job. I will hire them again.

I used them to clean my apt for move out, which I specified at scheduling. They quoted me an arrival time of 11:30-12:30p when originally scheduled. The day before when they called to confirm, they stated a time of 9:30-10:30a or 8:30-9:30a. I went with the 8:30a because that's what I wanted in the first place. They didn't get there until 9:32a. Then asked if I wanted the oven & refrigerator cleaned, I said yes cause it is for a move out. 1 of the ladies broke a blind while she was wiping it down. I hired them to clean it so I would get me deposit back & I still ended up getting charged for the carpet cleaned. I WILL NEVER hire them again!!

830 to 930am was the time that was issued, we were there at 925am...the ladies had to bring the equipment in{932am) was the time they started working. The blinds was a accident by one of the cleaning ladies, ovens and fridges are extra add ons, and the carpet? Did'nt understand the carpet issue.

This service is more expensive than others, but the do a very through job, not perfect, but very through. With my direction, I feel they will meet all of my expectations.

Reggie was great on the phone. Eva and Maria showed up when expected did a great job cleaning. Very satisfied. I will call them again.

Reggie was awesome. He was prompt for his appointment for an estimate, walked with me through the house, made a checklist of what I wanted done, and gave me an excellent quote on the spot. His crew arrived on time/as scheduled, and were professional and quick. They completed the cleaning in about 2.5 hours and did a wonderful job. I will use them again.
