Project: Hire a Handyman
Nice guy, pleasant to work with. Installed new shelving and new rods in our closets, hung new closet doors & bedroom doors. Carpentry skills were adequate but his lack of attention to finish details diminished the final product. The paint job in the closets was just awful, and he used brass hinges when door hardware was polished nickel (ugh). That said, we are pleased with the overall look.

Project: Build an Addition
He was very detail oriented, works fast and accurately. Very good. My husband did not have to stand and watch his work. He was very honest, could leave him in the home. We are very happy with the additon.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
John gutted and remoled our master bath. He laid everything out in a contract ahead of time. He came and completed the project on schedule and everything looks beautiful. If any issues arose during the process he approached us right away and each day he communicated the status of the project before he left. He cleaned up every day after he was done and was always on time. After our bathroom remodel we had him come back and replace a sliding door, replaced some dry rot on the outside of the house and also retiled another bathroom for us. He does great work and is our go to professional for all our projects now. We highly recommend him.

Nice guy. I would recommend getting all specifications for work in writing so there is no confusion. Clean up throughout and after project work is far below any professional standards I have seen before.

We needed our large deck sanded down to the wood and the person who did the work did a great job. And he was very helpful with tips for maintaining the deck.

He is excellent, has done many things for us. I can not recommend him highly enough. He was very detail oriented, very good. My husband did not have to stand and watch his work.. He was very honest, could leave him in the home. I can not be more happy, we were so lucky to find him, he is great.
