9/7/09, I signed a contract with Home Blinds ordering wooden blinds and draperies. When the salesman visited my home, he was very helpful to me when selecting drapery fabrics. The blinds were installed 10/15/09. Home Blinds contacted me 7 weeks after the contract was signed and stated they made a mistake in the price. That is no fault of mine!!! When I attempt to find out the status of the order, I feel as if I've been given the "run around". It's been almost three months and I still have no drapes. I cannot, in good conscience" recommend Home Blinds of America to anyone. I have contacted an attorney on this matter.

Although my blinds have not been installed yet, the initial consultation was exceptional. The representative was professional, informative and very patient. Even after the free in-home estimate he answered questions by e-mail, phone and update estimates based on requested changes. I would highly recommend Home Blinds of America. Thanks for a job well done.

I would like to warn as many people as possible about the professionalism of Home Blinds of America. We hired Home Blinds of America to provide a service, but, instead the experience turned into a nightmare. 1. The company took FIVE months to complete a ONE month project. 2. The company constantly lied to our company about having materials, therefore, putting our company in jeapordy of losing a contract due to the lies that were told to us. 3. Home Blinds of America lastly, BUT, most importantly did not complete the job. We had to find another contractor at the last miniute to finish the job and saving our companies reputation.

Very prompt, very polite. We have blinds ordered, but not yet installed. They are a special order so it could take 2 to 3 weeks before they are installed.
