Provided critical information during phone call in advance of their initial quote. Came when they said they would come. Made proposal at just over half price proposed by a different contractor contacted first. The new system is much better then the original. These guys are everything a home contractor should be.

We hired Home Air Control to service our A/C unit and repair a duct found during a home inspection. I was contacted very quickly after submitting a request online. Mr. Bishop was knowledgeable and professional when setting up the appointment. The crew was friendly and professional and did not suggest any unnecessary service once their assessment showed the system was fine. I docked a 1/2 star because they were an hour late for the appointment and I hadn't received a phone call. (A quick phone call to Mr. Bishop informed me the crew would arrive in less than 30 min). Otherwise, I'd highly recommend them and would hire them again.

I got an outside AC unit in graveyard status. The Tech answered my phone call and told me my first name and where I lived that was impressive while he’s working on a job at 4:53pm, I was at work. My wife called me at 6:15pm and told me HomeAirControl tech had started working on the unit as I arrived several parts was need. He pointed these parts out (sorry to shorten the story) after his service my AC unit was releasing outside water from drain. It was 80+inside for the past week and now a comfortable 65 degrees. thx Glenn, HAC was fantastic.
