Leon arrived plenty early. He was extremely nice, professional, and articulate. The initial phone call was brief yet informative. Leon allowed us to / asked us to follow him around during the inspection - I've had other inspectors ask us to stay back. His knowledge was impressive - not just regarding the inspection, but of the building in general (built in 1909). Some inspectors were cheaper, but he was worth a few extra dollars.

Leon provided a moment of sanity in my process of resolving my mold issues. Not only was he fast and courteous, I felt as though I understood why and what he was doing from the moment he came in. He was very helpful and helped me understand the level of risk I was at and what I can expect my next steps to be.
