City: Phoenix Project: New Windows - Multiple As part of overall remodeling of my house I ordered and paid for high efficiency windows and stressed numerous times that they need to meet the tax credit standards.  Instead without… Read Complete Rating As part of overall remodeling of my house I ordered and paid for high efficiency windows and stressed numerous times that they need to meet the tax credit standards.  Instead without consulting with me, Holtzman installed cheaper windows, not meeting tax credit standards  and did not offer to compensate for 1) price difference 2) lost tax credit opportunity 3) lost energy savings over the life of the windows. <br /> <br />Additionally, after install, stacco job was required around the windows.  The stacco did not match the color of the house.  Holtzman demanded additional payment of $1800 for painting the house and would not touch up new stacco.  See All Ratings
