I wanted to give a review of Holloran Const. who replaced my attic stairs. They were terrific. On time, finished quickly, cleaned up afterwards. Very pleased with his service.

Project: Repair Window Frames
We had windows that had been painted shut for years before we moved into the house. Mr. Holleran explained that he could free the windows but that they would leak air since they were old and the paint was acting as a weather seal. The solution was to have hime free the windows and install storms and screens. This is a very good solution and we are most pleased. He was the only person we talked to whom offered this idea. He also straightened two entry doors which were crooked. We are very satisfied with his work and would hire him again without reservation.

Project: Repair a Deck or Porch
His quote was well layed out and he was able to give me 4 options with a price on each to repair a deck. He and his crew were very professional and were able to complete the deck work in two days time. His quote was very reasonable and the work done to my needs. I wanted to redesign the existing deck and he was able to give me ideas and a finished product that looked great. Holleran Construction was able to do all the small jobs concerning the deck that included pressure washing, painting and deck work that I needed from one vendor.

Project: Install Interior Trim and Decorative Moldings
I hired Holleran to furnish and install crown molding in 2 rooms. The Owner/Estimator for Holleran Construction was on-time for the inspection of my project, he was thorough and asked all the right questions. Since I work in construction myself, I was aware of what needed to be done and the steps involved to accomplish the work, and Holleran didn't miss a beat. The work crew showed up at the scheduled time and they took the time to have a tail-gate planning meeting which I appreciated. They were hard-working, friendly, detail oriented, and left a clean workspace, so I hired them to paint and repair the soffits, too. GREAT JOB!!
