Project: Repair Carpentry Framing
His prices were good. His workers showed up when they were supposed to and they busted their butts. The framing ended up being install drywall, re-texture and repair drywall in the entire home, tile and frame a fireplace Install tile in two baths and also install kitchen cabinets with crown moldings. He even took the plain mirrors out of the baths, framed and stained them to look really classy. The owner is a perfectionist. This is for a fix and flip. I have been a Realtor for over10 years and I can say that most fix and flips or even regular home improvements from sellers don't turn out this nice.
