Josh Hinkey P.E. was very easy to work with. The staff was kind and worked with me on an alternate inspection date when the seller's broker failed to arrange the meeting with seller. I enjoyed working with the inspector. He was very professional and organized.

The inspector was on time & very professional. He talked with me as he went thru the inspection & pointed out the good, bad & needs repairs to be repaired now. I would hire this firm as well as highly recommend it if asked..

Josh and Jim did a fantasic job inspecting my future home. I would recommend them to anyone planning to do a home inspection before buying a house. They provided a very detailed report that was easy to understand, and noticed things that many inspectors would completely bypass. It's the little details that count.

Jim was extremely helpful, knowlegeable and complete in his inspection. I would highly recommend Josh Hinkey, P.E. to others.

This was a very challenging inspection for Jim. The house older and in poor condition and the report was almost 50 pages long due to all the pictures of problems. June was very good to work with. Thank you June.

Josh Hinkley sent out home inspector Jim Looney. He spent almost 4 hours at the house. It was raining but the weather did not stop him from going on the roof. After he finished with the inspection he walked us through and explained everything. (He also e mailed the report with color pictures) I do not hesitate to recomend Jim and his company Josh Hinkley P.E. It's hard to find home inspector that are this thourough. Linda
