No written estimate. Workers were late and took a total of 30 minute break during the 3 hours they were here. Was told a max price for 6 hours time and materials. Even though  they were done in 3 hours, was billed for 6. Asked for detail bill, twice. Took 10 days to get. It  said: "Time and material, replace drum trap and traps". So, time was half the estimate, only half  the materials were replaced, still charged the entire estimate. This makes me feel as if I was taken advantage of in a major way. All things considered, bill should be half  the estimate. Totally satisfied with the work and workers skill and knowledge however.
