Roy and his crew were great. He came out and evaluated our situation and offered the best solution for our property and our budget. We told him what we had in mind and he presented a reasonable solution incorporating some of our ideas as well. As a bonus, they even performed extra tree trimming and other services at no additional cost. Roy and his crew worked long and hard all day and the results are fantastic. Our neighbors on both sides of us watched their work and were equally impressed. They even asked as for his name so they could call him if they ever needed his services. We highly recommend them for anyone needing lawn care!.

Roy called me immediately and completed the project the next morning. He did a great job and was very reasonably priced. We plan on using him on several other projects and would highly recommend his services. He is polite, dependable, and has a can-do attitude.

Project: Aerate a Lawn

The young, hard working team was very timely and offered a competitve rate. Unfortunatley, the work that was agreed upon was not completed. The team aerated and put out dillo dirt in the front and back yard. But, to save time, the team only raked leaves in the front yard. If the team raked the leaves in the back yard, as part of our agreement, I would have issued them a 5-star rating.

The gentleman who came to "mow" my yard, did exactly that. Mowed the front and back yard, but didn't clean out the flowerbeds to speak of.... he did pull a few of the larger things, but didn't "clean out" the flower beds as I had expected. He did however do a good mowing job... I just expected more for the $ spent.

hard workers - very polite and cooperative - worked extremely hard all day long and did a wonderful job - only one miscommunication resulted in a 7-year-old Wisteria vine being cut down by mistake - other than that, I would rate Roy and his men as A plus, plus, plus!!!!! I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

The owner was very professional and timely in getting back to us about coming to bid on the job. The price was good. It took a while for them to get the job finished, but we appreciated them staying until they got it all done, no matter how long that was-they were thorough...That was good. We will be contacting them again for future jobs as we liked them and were satisfied with the work.

Roy Mannix is a pleasure to work with. He was able to do our landscaping job with very short notice and on budget and on time. (He fixed our sprinkler system and installed sod in the front yard prior to putting our house up for sale.) He was very responsive to phone calls and even text messages and kept in touch with me regarding all aspects of our project. He is very detail-oriented and doesn't forget the little things. I highly recommend him and his team!
