carpet seemed cleaner but they left carpet wet. It took 2 whole days to dry.

First time using this company for carpet cleaning. The technicians were very polite and got the carpets nice and clean. However they left way too much water in the carpets and it took 48 hrs. for them to dry enough to put any furniture back, This was under nearly ideal outside weather--72 degrees, low humidity. Kept windows open and ran 5 fans at full blast. Ran a dehumidifier too. Finally resorted to turning on the heat indoors (in July) to help pull moisture out of the carpeting. Called them to advise after 1 day and was told the tech would call me back---but he never did. Probably won't use this company again.

Housekeeping service is great. Window cleaning service was not satisfactory......windows are still steamingup.
