Cleaned insert fireplace and chimney. On time (front end of window). Called ahead a day ahead as a reminder and 15 minutes before arrival. Courtous, efficient and did a good cleanup. Very professional.

you won't use this because I didn't have any service. I wanted my chimney cleaned but that's not what they do - they do maintenance on gas inserts and stoves (which is what I have). They were so helpful that I'll definitely use them next year.
