Work was completed in short order. Crew was careful and respectful of surroundings. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

Review by a customerin Dallas, TX Project: Install Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
No written bid was submitted. Unfortunately I accepted their bid based on a verbal estimate.
The end result was almost twice the amount. I supplied all of the tile needed. The border they selected and showed me was fine. However when they laid them they were miss matched colors. I had to make them remove the 'off' color tiles and replace them with the correct color.
I was also charged for the cement board that I would have expected to be included in the bid.
They didn't have enough tile to complete the job by 4 tiles. They then attempted to charge me for an addition 24 tiles. It took 4 days for a 9'X5' laundry room costing $500.00.
Comment from Highline Construction, Inc.
This job was completed at a financial loss. This is a learning experience for us to take the necessary time to follow our protocols. The Project Manager meets with the customer and sets expectations prior to the start of the job and a written agreement is signed. It takes at least 3 days for tile work to assure that the thin-set and grout dry before sealing. The customer was to supply the tiles, but there were not enough. We should have required them to be at the jobsite prior to start. Getting them ourselves at direct cost actually cost us in additional time lost and customer dissatisfaction.

Extremely customer service oriented. Everything is done at the convenience of the customer. From the first moment Tim came to my door, the experience with Highline Construction has been phenomenal. The quality of their work, their crew, I can not find one thing that I would change. Not only would I recommend them to anyone who would like to have their kitchen counters re-done, I intend to call them for future remodeling projects around my home.

Review by a customerin Carrollton, TX Project: Install Carpentry Framing
Paul seemed very honest. We were pleased with his estimate. He started the job, (a bathroom). There was some issue after unseating the toilet. Water leaked below to the first floor ceiling causing some damage to the sheetrock. We assumed that would be repaired, until he asked us what we would pay him to fix it. At that point the" red flag went up" and we did not feel it would be best for him to complete the job.
Comment from Highline Construction, Inc.
The water damage on the ceiling was old damage, evident by the fact that there was dry, cracked, and separated tape. This cannot happen in one day. We offered to fix the ceiling at our cost, but the homeowner was offended by this. We then offered to do it for free because we wanted the customer to be happy. We were still asked to leave the jobsite.

Paul Zamirski was so polite and easy to work with and flexible with my schedule. He always met with me on my time even late in the evening which I really appreciated. I plan to use them again for other projects later.

Paul really took a personal interest in our kitchen remodel. He made sure the work was done to our satisfaction and in the estimated time frame.
We got 3-4 bids before we started and Paul was the least expensive by far. We love our new kitchen and our friends are surprised we got it done for so little.
