Paul is very professional and honest. I would recommend him to anyone. While he was working on our sump pump problem he noticed we had a gas leak and we were able to have that taken care of immediately.

Paul diagnosed the problem with the system i was having difficulties with, he also diagnosed a problem with a system that was adjacent to it that i didn't know anything about and he showed he was more knowledgeable on that system than the people i had previously contracted to take care of that system for me. Very impressed with his knowledge and the way and the way in which he explained the systems to me and in a way that made sense and allowed me to make a judgement on work that was required.

Paul did a fine job, at very competitive rates and we have committed to an annual contract. He also took great care in our home with drop cloths, shoes covered and a proper clean up. We highly recommend him.

Before I clicked off the computer I received a call !!! Now that WAS Magic!! Very pleased to receive a "no charge estimate"... rare in this area. Prompt,, arrived when promised. All around,, very pleased,, courteous, reasonable, efficient , Knowledgeable,,clean worker..... went the extra mile., Repaired rather than pushed to replace my water softener. I will highly recommend them, and certainly call again if need be.
