We’re thrilled with the results of our recent master bathroom remodel! With our disabled daughter growing up so fast, we knew we needed to do something to make bathing her easier, but we really didn’t have any idea what would work best. Right from the start, Mario Morales took the time to get to know our family, understand our needs and work with us to come up with a unique design solution. <br /> <br />He really went above and beyond to earn our business by taking us to showrooms to see a variety of products and samples of tile so we could get a good sense of all our options. Despite the fact that we had a radical change in the scope of the project during the design phase, he was always patient and offered expert advice to work with us to come up with a final bid for a design that met our needs and was still within our budget. <br /> <br />Once the work got started, Mario managed the subcontractors with the utmost professionalism, keeping them on task and on schedule. We always knew what to expect on a day to day basis and Mario personally visited on a frequent basis to make sure the work was being done to the highest quality with the least inconvenience. The subcontractors he used were all very courteous and respectful of our home and busy schedule. Because of the set price contract, there were no surprises and no additional costs to worry about even as we made a few adjustments along the way. <br /> <br />Although we had very limited space to work with, the end result is that we now have a master bathroom that gives us everything we need in a bathroom with the addition of a beautifully tiled custom designed shower that allows us to bathe our disabled daughter with ease. Because of physical limitations we desperately needed a shower that my husband could walk into. We asked Mario of Higher Ground to design a walk in shower and put in a higher toilet.  We now have a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with a tiled seat just the right height.   <br /> <br />In the process it was discovered that an unknown long time leak had seeped into the floor and walls... so they needed to put in a new floor and new dry wall.   They did it all! <br /> <br />Mario's communication and planning skills are great.  He worked hard to get the job done quickly and satisfy our need.  His staff, Andre and Roman, are extremely hard working and skilled tilers
