Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
Sean's innovative remodeling and cabinetry work is outstanding. We have been planning a major renovation for over 10 years. Once we met with Sean, and his gorgeous wife Stacy, they became our total remodeling team. The team work is impecable and Sean is maticulous in his creations. We would highly recommend High Demand Construction and have to numerous neighbors and friends. The work done by Sean and his team are like none-other. Project: Add a Sunroom or Patio Enclosure
We were vey pleased with this company from the original return phone call, prompt estimate which was very fair, the efficiency of the work which we found to be very professional and the fact that the job was totally finished before the estimated deadline. The addition to our home is beautiful and we have received many compliments from friends, neighbors and family. It was completed to perfection. We highly recomment High Demand Construction.

Project: Build a Garage
At first I had contemplated closing in my carport to make a garage. When the man came and gave me an estimate, I realized that I could not afford the project, although the price was quite reasonable. He mentioned all sorts of projects and repairs that his company did, and I hired him to work on my kitchen plumbing and to replace the garbage disposal. He gave me an estimate, and sent a worker out on the date planned. The job was completed professionally, and the worker was diligent in making certain that everything was correctly done and there were no leaks or problems. This company warrents its work, which made me feel secure. Great Job

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
WARNING: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Worst business experience of our lives. From beginning, contractor misrepresented licensing, appropriate insurance, capabilities, experienced employees, and time frame. In our opinion, and the opinion of ALL of the contractors we have contacted to REPAIR the work, it is substandard and incompetent. Bids to REPAIR are much higher than our original bids. (It's so bad, it's hard to find someone to tackle it!) After reading this, if you are still interested in "contracting" with this company, I urge you to contact us. We will be happy to share additional details with you.

Project: Addition to Existing Structure - Build
The estimate was very good, however we added things during the job. It ended up being eight months, just kept adding on to the work. It was hurricane damage. They were always on time, did what they said. So many contractor will call and ask how to do the work.. He ran in to termites, call the company that I use, they came did the work. I was very pleased with all his work.
