Very prompt service in getting our textured ceiling tested. Results were provided as promised. Was also provided with relevant information regarding asbestos, testing, and Colorado requirements. Very good service.

We had already set a time up with another company, but Mike was so helpful answering questions about this process. He really went out of his way to explain what the procedures were and what to expect. He also emailed some fact sheets so I would have further information about Asbestos and Mold. Mike went above an beyond, it's nice to know that there are still people out there who care and want to help any way they can. Thanks Mike

The lead asbestos consultant at Higgins & Associates (Mike S.) spent 45 minutes on the phone answering all of my questions, without ever trying to pressure me into hiring them. Their price quotes were 100% detailed and itemized and laid out every possible charge. - no surprises at all. At the actual inspection, Mike spent over 90 minutes doing a thorough examination of the home and patiently answered even more questions we had. Higgins seems to cost a bit more than other asbestos inspections (ours was ~$350), but I felt 100% confident they were doing a thorough job. I would absolutely use them again without hesitation.
