Turns out, the only thing wrong with my system was a stretched out belt. It was kind of a bummer to have to pay $97 for the service call but Josh was extremely knowledgeable so I got quite the tutorial about central vacs.

Josh was extremely professional, prompt, and responsible. It took him two visits to resolve the clog in our system (unusually stubborn) but he only charged us for the initial service call. He went the extra mile to make sure our problem was resolved. I would recommend this company again anytime!

They were on time - very honest in the assessment of my existing system and what it would take to fixt it. I was delighted to discover that I could purchase a new central vac motor with a lifetime warranty for just a bit more than fixing my older existing unit. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly
