They were very accommodating in trying to schedule an estimate, very pleased with their persistence and follow-up.  Rich arrived on time and was very polite, offering some great ideas.  I would recommend his company for larger-scale jobs where a project manager may be necessary for oversight.

Rick from Hickory Hills sent us an estimate as well as two others.  Their estimate was similar to the others but I was promised a good job with 100% satisfaction.  What I got was an OK job with some aggravation.  The job was never really completed due to them requiring more money for gravel than was in the contract.  Then I was told the job was done but when I checked in fact they did not put the check dams in place per the contract.  So I got my road but not with 100% satisfaction.
