John at Hi-Tech Vacuums was perfectly professional. He prompt, in fact a little early, he was prepared for the service call by asking ahead of time what our problems were. He also went above and beyond by taking the liberty to tighten every wall mounted hose connection, because some were loose. Our cleaning gal was there and he spent time explaining to her about changing out the filters. I would recommend John, Hi-Tech Vacuums and will continue to use his services in the future. Thanks John!!

John Condic was extremely knowlegeable and very pleasant to work with. I was surprised at how prompt he was in calling back and coming for the service call. It is rare to find someone so attentive to customer service..I would highly recommend him!
