I contacted the company and a woman quoted me a price that I agreed with.  When the Pro arrived he told me the price would be more even before looking at the rugs.  I told him the price I was quoted, and he said we do not clean for that price.  He called the lady and she said she did not quote that price.  I was told he would move some furniture (not the heavy pieces), he did not move anything (I moved it).  He told me it would dry in 8 hours, it took 2 days.… Read Complete Rating
