I was told that he would perform diagnostics to determine what was wrong; he came into my home and stated he already knew what was wroung (the washing machine was not spinning), replaced a part that was not even broken and said it was fixed; when we checked the spin cycle again, he stated that the transmission was "gone" and I would need to pay $375 for a new one and might as well buy a new washer; he then went on to tell me about machines that his company sold; my washer is only 7 years old, is a Kenmore, and has never had more than 5 loads per week washed in it; I believe this person did not know what he was doing and certainly did not care to fully assess the problem. He then charged me for the call---I consider that I was ripped off by this company and will now need to call another reputable repair person to assess the situation; if I determine that Hi-tech was wrong, I will expect to get my money returned

I was at work when the repaiman came to fix our oven so I never met him. He did a great job finding the problem and called to tell me. He then fixed it and the oven has been working great. Great job, thanks!

Dan was the technician, He honored evaluation quote even though several hours was put into the job and it was not able to be completed at this visit
