City: San Diego Project: Central A/C - Service or Repair A 8AM confirmed time to service my A/C unit with Natalie.  When I called at 9am to see where they were, Stacy told me I was not on the schedule. <br />. <br />Stacy rescheduled… Read Complete Rating A 8AM confirmed time to service my A/C unit with Natalie.  When I called at 9am to see where they were, Stacy told me I was not on the schedule. <br />. <br />Stacy rescheduled me for 12:-12:15PM.  She called me at 1PM to say that the service man would be there between 2-3PM. <br />. <br />I had rescheduled my appointments 3 times and ended up wasting the entire day on getting serviced.  Stacy knew I was unhappy and dissatisfied. <br />. <br />The  service tech arrived at 2:45PM and spent less than 15 minutes evaluating my unit.  He spend another 15 minutes writing up the paper work.  His time of arrival was noted on his work sheet as 2:15PM.  See All Ratings
