The reps that came and quoted me a price had me pay them $360 on the spot for what they said would fix my problem. However, when the tech came out he found that the problem was simply a broken line and charged me an additional $100 to repair it. I'm not pleased!!

The technician showed up early for the appointment which I very much appreciated. He evaluated the entire sprinkler system, then discussed his recommendations with me in detail. After providing several options, he addressed all my questions. He was very professional. I will use Heron in the future and will recommend them to anyone who needs an irrigation specialist.

I thought it was a little pricey, but they did a good job. I appreciated the tech's ability to explain why I needed certain sprinkler heads and not others, and several other details.
