My fence turned out great! Mike was very helpful and always got back to me right away when I had questions. The guys who installed the fence worked fast and were good about cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely recommend to my friends/family.

I had some wind damage to the corner of my roof. Mike from Heritage came out to give me an estimate. As is turned out, Mike only needed to re-nail the decking in a few places. He did this free of charge. You can bet that if I ever need further help with my roof, I'll be calling Heritage.

Mike and his crew were attentive both before and after installation. Their quote was competitive and, most importantly. they were local contractors. Cleanup after the job was great. The job was started and finished on schedule. Great job all around!

Project: Install or Replace Wood Shake or Composite Roofing
For the roof replacement, materials were delivered on one day and the entire job was completed the next. This included a tricky solution to my dead valley/chimney problem. Mike was on site and saw the metal drip edge needed replacing, not just repair - and didn't even charge for the materials! I was prepared to pay for more decking replacement than they did, however - there's still some weak wood under those new shingles. Also, he didn't clearly indicate just how much rotten fascia board I had that would need to be replaced - as a separate, expensive job! But on the whole I'm satisfied and will probably use Heritage again.

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
My experience with Heritage Home Services was excellent. My project included a completely new roof system, including all new decking with radiant barrier, and all new seamless guttering. I solicited bids from five different companies before selecting Heritage. Mike Hall was, by far, the most knowlegeable and responsive roofing contractor spoken with during the bid process. He provided an abundance of information at the outset and he answered all of my questions knowledgably and promptly. I found his project estimate to be accurate and fairly priced. Both the roofing and the guttering crews performed professionally and carefully. Kudos!
